Have you chosen your worth?
Not the watered-down version the world told you to accept. Not the one tied to how much you give or how little you take up space. But the real, soul-deep kind—the kind that whispers: you are allowed to have joy for no other reason than you’re here.
So many of us move through life putting ourselves last. We’re praised for sacrifice, for pushing through, for being low-maintenance, agreeable, easy. We’re taught that selflessness is synonymous with goodness—and that wanting more for ourselves is somehow selfish.
But what if it’s not?
What if choosing yourself is a radical act of self-respect?
What if desire is divine?
What if being seen—fully, freely, unapologetically—is a kind of healing?
That’s where boudoir comes in.
A boudoir session isn’t about vanity. It’s not about posing for someone else.
It’s about returning to yourself.
It’s about saying: I’m worthy of being witnessed in all my softness and strength.
I’m allowed to feel beautiful without justification.
I deserve a space that’s just for me.
In my studio, it’s not about fixing or hiding or performing. It’s about coming home to yourself—your body, your story, your power.
So let me ask you again:
Have you chosen your worth?
Or are you still waiting for someone else to say you’re allowed to?
Here’s your permission slip, if you need it.
But you never actually needed one to begin with.
